When grading the quality of used concrete pump trucks, several factors are considered, mainly including:
Use requirements: the whole machine should be able to start normally, and each working device can meet the basic use
requirements. When working on the fabric, the fabric rod, slewing mechanism, pumping mechanism, hydraulic system,
engine should be in the range of normal operating parameters; the function of the near-control, wireless or wired remote
control device should be normal .
Technical requirements: including the overall appearance, special operating devices, hydraulic systems, electrical systems
and chassis and other aspects of the specific technical situation. For example, there should be no obvious deformation
and cracking of the fabric rod, turntable, undercarriage and outrigger; there should be no breakage and cracks of the
concrete conveying pipe; there should be no obvious abnormal noise of the operation of the hydraulic components;
the control unit and the electrical system components should be functioning normally, and so on.
Documentation requirements: Random documents should include Chinese instruction manuals or operation and maintenance
maintenance manuals, spare parts manuals, transaction contracts, statements of major accidents, repair an records and so on.
Safety requirements: safety signs should be complete, recognizable, fixed and reliable; alarms, lighting, signaling devices and
mirrors should be complete and function properly; emergency stop function, rotary brake, limit should be safe and reliable.
Environmental requirements: the noise limit next to the driver's ear is not more than 90dB (A), the engine exhaust pollutants
should meet the relevant national and local requirements.
In the process of quality appraisal, the number of qualified items of “key items”, “important items” and “general items”
as well as the performance status will be measured and judged. The result of quality appraisal divides the technical condition
of the pump truck into four grades: A, B, C and D. Grade A indicates that the technical condition is very good, close to the
level of new equipment; Grade B indicates that the technical condition is good and the equipment can be used after
debugging; Grade C indicates that the technical condition is general and requires maintenance or replacement of parts;Grade D indicates that the technical condition is poor and requires extensive maintenance or replacement of core components.
